Shipping
Icebound Therapy will deliver your products to the delivery address you gave when you placed the order using the chosen shipping method. We have various shipping methods available on our checkout page.
Where possible, we will dispatch your items on the same day you placed your order if ordered before 2pm. If you order on the weekend your items will be dispatched on the Monday.
On receipt of delivery, please carefully examine the contents of your order and ensure all items are present.
If you have not received your parcel by the expected timeframe, please contact us via email with your order number and we will track the delivery for you.
International & European Shipping
Icebound Therapy is based in the United Kingdom but ships to every destination worldwide. We guarantee that there will be no extra fees you will need to pay such as customs or import charges when ordering with us.
If you are notified that any extra fees need to be paid before delivery please contact us and we will cover any costs for you.
We aim to deliver your products within the timeframe we have specified. If you live in a distant location such as Australia please allow to the end of your delivery time before contacting us.
Returns & Exchanges
We expect that you will be more than happy with your purchase from Icebound Therapy. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied please contact us within 30 days of receiving your items.
Products must be unused, undamaged and in their original packaging. Please also include your invoice or packing slip which was originally sent with your order.
Once returned, we are happy to issue you a full refund or if you would like an exchange that can also be arranged.
Refunds that are issued will go back into your account within 1-3 days of the refund being processed.
