I'm a tall person, will I fit?

Our portable ice bath has been designed to fit the largest of people up to 6 feet 7. We have also tested this on big guys such as rugby players so there shouldn't be an issue.

How portable is the ice bath?

Very portable. Our ice bath can be folded down and packed into a convenient carry case which is included in the package.

How easy is it to fill with water?

It's super simple and easy to fill up. The best way we recommend is using your hose-pipe in the garden to fill up or use a bucket or container.

Once the ice bath is filled to around 75% capacity we then recommend you add your ice cubes to bring the water down to your preferred temperature.

How long does the water stay cold?

The water can stay cold for up to a week as our ice baths are built with an insulated lining designed to keep the water cold for as long as possible.

Does it come with a lid?

Yes. Our ice bath's come with a lid and also a cover for double the protection to keep your water as cold as possible and to prevent any insects or debris from getting in.
